Prison Sentence In Berwick Slashing | News
BERWICK — A man will spend the next 20 to 40 years in prison for attempted murder and robbery charges.
Kim Roquet from Shickshiiny, Luzerne County was sentenced Wednesday by a judge in Columbia County.
Investigators said Roquet slashed a worker’s neck at Decker’s Scrap Yard in Berwick in January, 2011 and robbed the business.
Roquet pleaded no contest to attempted homicide and robbery in November.
